Heavy neutral 2HDM Higgs boson pair production at CLIC energies

In this work, the neutral Higgs boson pair production is analyzed at Compact Linear Collider (CLIC) to be operating center of mass energies $\sqrt{s}$=1400 GeV (stage 2) and $\sqrt{s}$=3000 3). The bosons searched for are CP-even (H) CP-odd (A) within framework two doublet model (2HDM) in range 300 < mH/A 1000 GeV. All types CP-conserving studied signal observability evaluated taking into account main SM background processes like ZZ, tt SM-like associated (hZ). Results presented a set parameters masses terms distributions over as well integrated luminosity needed 5{\sigma} discovery. It shown that heavy region observable CLIC 3 (flipped) 4 (lepton-specific) regions not excluded by LHC so far, while type 1 observation challenging due large jet multiplicity final state.
